Bridgerton Inspired Garden Styled Shoot Review

Netflix's Bridgerton's season 2 took the world by storm this past summer, and that includes the wedding industry. This British inspired aesthetic, characterized by tones of blue, puffy sleeves, antique accessories, and a regal amount of florals was perfect inspiration for our June summer shoot. We just love this recency romance trend! Follow along to see the ways we turned this board into a dream Bridgerton shoot!

Our design board incorporated a lot of blues and purples- you can't spell royal without these two colors! We wanted our bride to be grand and eye-catching, she is the diamond of the season after all. Hence, our dress vision was big and fluffy! Our overall inspiration was that of a garden tea party-drawing on the tea time tradition in old England. Small desserts and charcuterie, a lounge under the trees, and a romantic evening by the greenhouse.

The beautiful Hampton Preston Mansion and Gardens in the heart of Columbia, SC was the perfect gorgeous garden getaway for our shoot, complete with lush trees, a leafy arch, and a stunning greenhouse.

Our whimsical tablescape was made possible with Party Reflections, with this lovely floral centerpiece by By Design. Each of these beautiful plate was set with these adorable mini butterfly cakes by Main Street Bakery.

PR Design set up this colorful lounge area, the pink chairs are just gorgeous!

Our bride's look was exactly what we were going for- stunning in blue! She is wearing True Blue from Styled Gowns and shoes from Bella Belle Shoes. Her look was complete with these darling cameo earrings from Missigirl Designs on Etsy. What a show stopping look!

Our bride was accompanied by our beautiful bridesmaids in these sweet blue toned floral gowns from Bella Bridesmaids. The parasails, fans, and gossip about the newest Lady Whistledown completed the look!

Our lovely ladies were done up by the amazing hair and makeup team at Pretty and Pinned.

And what is a tea party with out tea cups and bite sized food! These pretty and dainty antiques came from local shop, The Little Green Door.

Abundant Graze put together these delicious charcuterie platters and these mini fruit cakes from Main Street Bakery were the perfect sweet treat.

Even the details from this shoot were absolutely perfect! Our invitations by Fig SC detailed perfectly against the velvet background and our Bella heels and Etsy earrings complemented it beautifully.

This shoot was definitely one for the books! Thank you to Karly Richardson photography for capturing this shoot. Let us know what your favorite part of this shoot is and follow along for more exciting styled shoot happenings coming soon!
