Dear AMW Family

As we navigate the challenges posed by COVID-19, we would like to share an update on how AMW is responding. The safety and health of our couples and their guests, our staff, and our vendor partners are our top priorities.

We are currently working with our April couples and their vendors to create contingency plans to mitigate the issues presented by this complex and quickly evolving situation.

If you are a current AMW client, please be patient with us as we are working through this difficult situation with our April and May couples. If you have an urgent request for us, please text us! Also feel free to reach out to our two associate planners Jess Jones and Parker Coggins.

Please know that we are dedicated to helping you however we can. We will keep you updated as the situation evolves.

If you are thinking about or need to postpone your wedding the AMW team has put together steps to help you during this time.

Step 1:

Notify your planner, photographer, and venue to see when the next available date would be.

Step 2:

Check with the venue to see what postponement penalties they have

Step 3:

Check with vendors that can only perform for you once a day. These could be your photographer, videographer, hair, makeup, entertainment and venue.

Step 4:

Also check with vendors who order perishable items for you. This would be your florist, baker and caterer.

Good rule of thumb:

Orders can be placed 14 to 20 days in advance. It is important to check with them to see what possible penalties for postponing might be.

Step 5:

Check with your invitation creator about a digital or printed date change card.
