Lead Team
Alexandra Woodlief- Owner & Lead Planner/ Designer
Alexandra is the owner and lead designer behind Alexandra Madison Weddings!
Alexandra founded AMW in 2013 and has training & wedding experience all across the country. Alexandra, our creative director, works behind the scenes to lead design efforts for couples alongside our lead planners. She has widespread experience across event management from catering, rentals, venue management, and of course, wedding planning! Her favorite part of the wedding day is the cake cutting, as she loves how special that first moment is between the new couple!
Parker Coggins- Lead Planner
Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, Parker is one of our Charlotte-based Lead Planners. After graduating from UofSC, Parker helped expand AMW into North Carolina starting in 2019. Parker has experience in events, private clubs, catering, banquets, and golf tournaments. Her wedding cake of choice is Sweet Potato with Amaretto Icing! Parker's favorite wedding trend is anything specialty monogrammed, as she feels it adds a personal touch to wedding day details!
Sarah-Elizabeth Rhyne- Lead Planner
Sarah-Elizabeth is our lead planner from Columbia, South Carolina! She is going on 4 years with AMW as a lead planner and rental logistics manager. Her favorite part of the wedding day is a first look between the bride and groom. She explains, "I love when the couple has a moment to themselves before they get whisked away with the events of the day”. Her first dance song at her wedding would be, “Joy Of My Life” by Chris Stapleton!
Kendra Nedell- Lead Planner
Kendra joined our team in 2022 and is one of our Lead Planners. Originally from Virginia, Kendra has lived in Charleston since 2018! She is one of our Charleston-focused planners and loves that there are so many amazing venues in the area to choose from for local and destination weddings alike! Kendra is prepping for her own wedding this fall and is excited to continue getting inspired by her fellow wedding industry creatives. Drawing from this inspiration, she brings fresh perspectives to each event, ensuring it captures both the couple's vision and the uniqueness of their relationship.
Helen Enghauser- Lead Planner
Lead planner Helen joined our AMW team two years ago. She is originally from Chicago, Illinois and graduated from College of Charleston. She has lived in Charleston for 10 years now and is one of our Charleston based lead planners. Helens first dance song at her wedding would be “forever like that” by Ben rector. Her favorite part of wedding day is creating a dream come true for the couple!
Lizi Lengel- Lead Planner
Lizi is a lead planner from Rock Hill South Carolina. She joined AMW in May of 2024 after graduating from the University of Mississippi where she graduated with a degree in Hospitality Management. She came to AMW to leverage these talents together to help our couples experience the complete wedding experience of their dreams. She feels that working with couples to ensure every detail works toward fulfilling their vision is extremely gratifying. She says “watching the reaction and pure excitement of the bride seeing her vision fully come to life within the space is truly a gift!”
Abby Fox- Lead Planner
Abby joined the AMW team 3 years ago and is now one of our Lead Planners! Originally from Utah, Abby graduated from the University of Utah in 2022 with a degree in Business Management and Marketing. Abby loves working with AMW as she enjoys providing guidance to brides, planning all of the little details, and working with the other team members. Abby's first dance song at her wedding would be, "If I Ain't Got You" by Alicia Keys!
Lead Associates
Katherine Rentz- Production Manager & Manager
As the AMW production manager, Katherine works closely with our marketing team and coordinates all of our styled shoots. She graduated from USC with a degree in Marketing & Business Economics, and is now a full-time corporate event planner! Her favorite part about working for AMW is creating new and meaningful connections with team members, vendors, and clients.
Meredith Hewitt- Associate Lead Planner
Meredith joined AMW this year as one of our Associate Planners. Meredith is originally from Columbia, South Carolina and continues to call Columbia her home. She is expected to graduate from the University of South Carolina this May with a degree in Tourism Management. Meredith is looking forward to spring florals this season and loves incorporating unique details to personalize each couple’s vision for their wedding.
Planning Assistants
Mimi Demasi- Senior Planning Assistant
Mimi is our Senior Planning Assistant with this being her third semester with AMW. She is currently a sophomore majoring in Sport and Entertainment Management. She also dances on the Carolina Coquettes Dance Team. She hopes to continue working with events after she graduates. Her favorite thing about weddings is getting to see the special touches each couple includes on their big day!
Ann Douglas Rabon- Special Orders Manager
Ann Douglas is our Special Orders Managers from Richmond, Virginia. She is currently a junior majoring in Retail. Her favorite wedding trend is digital guest books so your able to see everyone that attends and loves the couple. She’s most looking forward to seeing the 2025 trends for special orders and details!
Kate Donohue- Planning Assistant
Kate is one of our Planning Assistants from Raleigh, North Carolina. She is currently a Sophomore majoring in Hospitality Management. Her favorite wedding trend is candid and vintage photography. She’s most looking forward to helping create the best and most memorable day for many couples. As well as experiencing different styles of weddings!
Taylor Fontaine- Planning Assistant
Taylor is one of our Planning Assistants from Raleigh, North Carolina. She is currently a Sophomore double majoring in Management and Operations Supply Chain. Her favorite wedding trend is the bride having a second dress for the reception and personalized decor. She’s most looking forward to learning all the ins and outs of weddings and event planning, especially seeing how the entire process and all the details come together for the big day!
Eliza Mullen- Planning Assistant
Eliza is one of our Planning Assistants from Lexington, South Carolina. She is currently a Senior majoring in Public Relations. Her favorite wedding trend is vintage getaway cars. She’s most looking forward to learning more about event planning and meeting new people!
Anna Taylor- Planning Assistant
Anna is one of our Planning Assistants from Chapel Hill, North Carolina. She is currently a Sophomore double majoring in Finance and Operations Supply Chain. Her favorite wedding trend is the bride having a second dress for the reception. She’s most looking forward to learning about the industry and meeting new people!
Hallie Sanderford- Planning Assistant
Hallie is one of our Planning Assistants from Richmond, Virginia. She is currently a Senior majoring in Fashion Merchandising and Digital Innovations. Her favorite wedding trend is ultra-curated dress codes so your guests match your aesthetic/decor. She’s most looking forward to seeing everything that happens behind-the-scenes of a wedding!
Marketing Coordinators
Jillian Baxter- Marketing Coordinator
Jill is one of our Marketing Coordinators from New Jersey. She is currently a Sophomore double majoring in Marketing and Management with a minor in Retail. Her favorite wedding trend is the old money or coastal wedding vibe. She’s most looking forward to setting up beautiful weddings this spring!
Morgan Vermeulen- Marketing Coordinator
Morgan is one of our Marketing Coordinators from Baltimore, Maryland. She is currently a Senior majoring in Sport and Entertainment Management. Her favorite wedding trend is the bride having a second dress for the reception and vintage photography. She’s most looking forward to learning about what all goes into making a couples special day unforgettable!
Lily Margaret O’Leary- Marketing Coordinator
Lily Margaret is one of our Marketing Coordinators from Irmo, South Carolina. She is currently a sophomore majoring in Mass Communications. Her favorite wedding trend is having a live wedding painter. She’s most looking forward to all the experience she is going to gain this spring that will help her make decisions to shape her future!
Ella Petrick- Marketing Coordinator
Ella is one of our Marketing Coordinators from Omaha, Nebrashka. She is currently a sophomore majoring in Retailing and Fashion Merchandising. Her favorite wedding trend is the black and white vintage aesthetic. She’s most looking forward to collaborating with and learning from all of AMW’s amazing team members!
Jenna Mallett- Marketing Coordinator
Jenna is one of our Marketing Coordinators from Fort Mill, South Carolina. She is currently a junior majoring in Mass Communications with a minor in Business Administration. Her favorite wedding trend is a champagne wall. She’s most looking forward to meeting new people and seeing all the different kinds of weddings!
Jansyn Harrington- Marketing Coordinator
Jansyn is one of our Marketing Coordinators from Georgetown, South Carolina. She is currently a junior majoring in Mass Communications with a minor in Event Management. Her favorite wedding trend is destination weddings. She’s most looking forward to attending weddings and learning more about the “behind the scenes” of wedding planning!
